1. Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are shipped every Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 11:59 PM on Tuesday will go out Wednesday, and orders placed before 11:59 PM on Thursday will go out Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Wednesday.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Currently, we ship with standard shipping only. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.


2. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect hats within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at klkhats@gmail.com before sending any items back.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: After contacting us, we’ll provide:

  • Instructions for preparing your return

  • A prepaid shipping label to send the item back

Once we receive your returned hat, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Q: Can I exchange a hat for a different size or style?
A: Yes! Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All our hats are adjustable one-size-fits-most unless otherwise specified. Please check the product page for any special sizing details.
